Any item may be exchanged or returned to us subject to the following conditions:
Returns will be made up to 14 days from receipt of the item.
Email us at: [email protected] with the order number, the item information you want to exchange / return and the reason.
Exchanges
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase if the item is not worn/washed, is returned in its entirety and in its original packaging. The item will be sent to the studio by registered mail at the sender’s expense along with the purchase invoice and in its original packaging. With advanced notice, the item may be directly returned at the studio.
Refunds
The product may be returned if unused and will be refunded minus the shipping fee and 5% of the item price (according to the Ministry of Economy). Refunds will be made according to the payment method you used. Please contact us and send back the product through registered mail within 3 business days of receipt and with original packaging. The invoice, full name and telephone number must be attached.
Items returned without contact details will not be processed.

With any order cancellation request after the product has been shipped, the customer must return the product at their own expense in its original packaging with the purchase invoice. All items must be unused, without damage, harm or defect of any kind.
